Mr Paurin Hirani (Founder and Chief Executive Officer)

Mr Paurin Hirani established C&F on October 24th 1986 in Dadar, Mumbai. Paurin Hirani is a Graduate of Mathematics and Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Ahmadabad. He has also undertaken a course in Fiber Reinforced Plastics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guindy, Chennai. He then gained work experience under EEC Contractors from 1983 to 1986. He was also a Director with Roffe Construction Chemicals at the initial set up of the construction chemical business from 1985 to 1986. Initially C&F focused on water proofing as its core business however over the years C&F has progressively diversified in to corrosion protection, anti-corrosion, dust-proof coatings, insulation, industrial floorings, repair and rehabilitation of structures. With success, experience and technical support from Central Electrochemical Research Institute CECRI, C&F began manufacturing our own construction chemicals like epoxies and polyurethanes, cement polymer composite coatings (cpcc) under the license of CECRI in 1996.

In 2000, C&F started manufacturing specialised grouts for directly buried cables (dbc) for infrastructure projects. Furthermore, we also developed two component cementitious polymer based ready to use, premixed waterproofing system widely known as CF Bond Grout WP which has a 100% success ratio. This is extensively used across the country for all C&F mega projects for waterproofing. This is a purely C&F in-house product, made and used only by us so far. We are hoping to launch this as a ready mix product in the market for retail dealership in the near future.

Miss Shreyaal Hirani (Director)

Presently, C&F has entered its second generation with the introduction of Miss Shreyaal Hirani (Director) in to the business. Shreyaal comes from a versatile academic and professional background. She is a graduate of Economics and Politics from Jai Hind College, Mumbai and a Post Graduate in Luxury and Brand Management from Polimoda University, Florence, Italy. After work experience at luxury brands like Salvatore Ferragamo and Louis Vuitton, at C&F Shreyaal brings sophistication and excellence to our administrative and client servicing departments.
